Responsibilities:
- Perform various tasks related to trucking, railroad, grain loading, and warehouse operations
- Ensure the efficient flow of activity in the yard, following established procedures and safety protocols
- Assist with loading and unloading of goods
- Operate equipment and machinery necessary for yard operations
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals
- Adhere to all company policies and regulations

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in trucking, railroad, grain loading, or warehouse activity
- Physical fitness and ability to perform labor-intensive tasks
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- CDL experience is a plus
- Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team
- Excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
